Talk it through.
Compare notes on what actually works — react to profiles, ask questions, swap experiences, push back. One hard rule (no sourcing); everything else is fair game.
You don’t need a citation to post. Share what you’ve actually run, seen, or are just curious about. If something’s only your experience, say so — that’s still worth hearing.
No "where do I buy," no vendor names, links, or prices. It’s the one thing that gets a post pulled — it would get the site delisted and it’s not what we’re here for. Not a marketplace, never will be.
Talk about what you did and how it went, freely. Just don’t hand a stranger an exact protocol like it’s settled medical advice — that part’s a conversation for a clinician.
No harassment, no spam, no hype-selling. Argue with the evidence, not the person.
Only one thing gets a post pulled: sourcing or buy/sell. Everything else — experiences, doses, disagreements, half-formed questions — is welcome. We'd rather have the conversation than police it.
Every profile and guide has a quick ▲ Useful reaction and a comment thread, and there's a full community forum for longer discussion. No account, no GitHub, no sign-in — just an optional name. Posts go live immediately; only ones that look like sourcing or buy/sell get held for review before they appear. Everything else is open.
